Justin Lynn grew up in a household of musicians and developed a love for music at an early age. It wasn't, however, until age 15 that he really started to take his musical gifts seriously, realizing that the talents he possessed came from God Himself. Justin joined his local church youth band, where any aspiring musician would start while growing up in church. Not too long after that he tested the waters by leading a song during the youth worship service occasionally, when he had the courage. “It wasn't until after I got back from my church’s youth camp in 2008 that I wrote my first song. Of course, my mom thought it was great, but everyone knows that moms can see through rose-colored glasses,” Justin said. Further effort kept him frustrated, trying to make up lyrics and melodies to turn them into songs, but the songs never felt complete. “I decided to put songwriting on the back burner for quite a few years, thinking in my mind I couldn't do it, but deep down in my heart I knew that it was my calling to write music and lead worship.”

One night, in a powerful service, Justin prayed, asking God to use him to write songs that would touch people. “As I started worshipping, instantly words and a melody came to me so fast, I felt I couldn't write it down quickly enough.” Since then God has placed many songs in Justin’s spirit and provided the resources and knowledge to record them. “Now, I pray that when people hear the music God gives me, their lives can be changed and touched by Jesus!”
